STEP ONE.Install Pennies At A Time Toolbar for Internet Explorer
STEP TWO.You'll get a popup asking if you want to 'Run' or 'Save' the file. Select 'Run.'
STEP THREE.If you get an Internet Explorer - Security Warning, select the 'Run' option.
STEP FOUR.The Pennies At A Time Toolbar Setup Wizard will then launch. You can keep hitting 'Next' through the installation process. You may be prompted to close any open Internet Explorer windows.
STEP FIVE.If you are prompted to update your .NET Framework, please follow the instructions to do so.
STEP SIX.You will then get a popup saying 'Installation Successful.' Click 'Ok.'
STEP SEVEN.Your wizard will now be updated and say 'Installation Complete.' Click the 'Close' button and you're done!
